Cancellation Policy

At Tessa Tutors, we reserve a specific time in our schedule for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. * Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. * No-shows will be charged the full session fee. * To avoid a fee, please cancel or reschedule by contacting us at tfweinstein@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your appointment.
